In SkySlope, the status of a Listing file is determined by the expiration date. If your file is Expired and shouldn't be, follow the steps below to change the status from Expired to Active.
Update Listing Status
- Navigate to your Listing file.
- Locate the Expiration Date field towards the bottom of the Listing tab.
- Type a new date or click the calendar icon to use the calendar picker.
- Click Next to save your changes.
- Now, your file will show as Active (as long as you've selected a date that is today's date or a future date).
Important Details:
- If today's date is past the Expiration Date in your Listing file, the status will automatically show as Expired.
- There is no way to change the status from Expired to active without changing the date to either today's date or a future date.
- If the listing has been withdrawn within SkySlope, the file must be reactivated to change the Expiration Date.
